Refunds Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026

At dropbuz, we want you to be completely satisfied with the work you commission from us. If something is not right, you have 14 days from the date a service or deliverable is handed over to start the refund process.

Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we review it against the criteria below and against what has already been delivered and accepted. If your request is approved, we issue a full refund of the amount paid, less any costs already incurred on your project — third-party licences, hosting, domains, and work that has already been completed and signed off.

Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The service or deliverable must not have been deployed, published, or put into commercial use.
  • Bespoke work that has already been accepted and signed off is not refundable.
  • Please include your invoice number or order reference.

How to Request a Refund

To start the process, contact us at hachem.aziz22@gmail.com with your invoice details and a short description of the problem. We will confirm receipt and guide you through the next steps.

Third-Party Costs

Fees paid on your behalf to third parties — domain registrations, hosting plans, paid plugins, themes, and software licences — are non-refundable once purchased, because we cannot recover them ourselves. These costs are itemised on your invoice so you can see them before you commit.

Refund Timeline

Once your request has been reviewed, we will notify you of its approval or rejection and explain the reasoning. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
